Returns & Refunds
We want you to love everything you order from Just Sweet Stuff. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.
Our returns policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@justsweetstuff.online with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@justsweetstuff.online with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out right away at no cost to you.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the cost.
